Don Andrade

Don Andrade has taught CFOs, CEOs, audit committees, financial executives, young professionals and others a wide range of material from financial statement basics to complex areas of accounting.  As a partner at Deloitte, he worked with attorneys in many matters (e.g., public offerings, cross-border capital raising efforts, companies’ compliance with US securities laws and regulations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory inquiries, and litigation matters).  He was a leader in Deloitte’s services for major global companies based in the U.S. and overseas (Asia and Europe) where he taught preparing for and implementing IFRS and was lead author of the firm’s guidebooks, Raising Capital in the US and Growing Your Business Globally.  Don teaches at Boston University in both the business and law schools, and the University of Alabama Law School; he is consistently rated among the top instructors.
